Shipping Options:
We offer USPS Priority Mail & delivery. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Estimating Delivery Dates:
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

  • UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipments to International Addresses:
We ship to Canada via USPS Global Priority.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  1. The first confirms that your order has been received; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

  2. The second confirms that your order has been shipped. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided in the e-mail, or by logging into your account at www.GeneticWear.com.

Order Tracking:
There are two ways you can track your packages:

  1. By your shipping confirmation e-mail
    To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the shipment notification e-mail.
  2. By clicking on order history on our site
    On the Order History page, you can check the order status by clicking on the order number & then the Tracking Number provided.

If your order appears late, remember: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.

Placing an Order
When you see an item you like, click on "add to basket" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "basket" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • American Express
  • GeneticWear Gift Certificate

If, for any reason, your card is declined, we will promptly contact you via e-mail. If another payment method is not received, your order will be canceled in our system.

Gift Certificates:
You may purchase a Gift Certificate for any amount between $10 - $250. You may choose two different alternaitves of delivery: e-card or by postal mail. Gift Certificates must be used within 30 days of purchase. If there are any problems, please contact us at service@geneticwear.com & we'll be happy to help.

Tax:
If you live in, or ship your order to, California we are required to charge you local sales tax on your purchase. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.

Was My Order Accepted?
After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on "Account" at the top of any page. Sign in to access your account by entering your e-mail and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately 3-5 business days from the date the package shipped.

Change In Order Status:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by e-mail immediately.

If an item is not expected to come back in stock, we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, or any applicable taxes, promotions or shipping. If you paid using a Gift Certificate, we will not deduct the amount of the item or any applicable taxes, promotions or shipping.

Adding or Removing Items from an Order:
Once you have submitted your order, processing begins shortly thereafter. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to modify your order. Please call us at 619.358.9581 or e-mail service@geneticwear.com as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order.

Cancellation of Orders:
We are able to cancel an order immediately following submission and during processing. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 619.358.9581 or e-mail service@geneticwear.com. We cannot guarantee your order will be canceled in time prior to shipping, but we will do our best.

Shipping & Shipping Charges:
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (excluding Sundays and holidays), however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via USPS unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. We also offer UPS as a shipping alternative. During the order confirmation, prior to check out, you will receive an exact quote for shipping, based on location & choice of exact shipping method.

We will happily ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses, and Canadian addresses.

International Shipping:
We ship to all of the United States and territories.

How will I know if my Order Shipped?
Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.  Information about any back ordered items will be included in this e-mail.  You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting Order History.

When will I be Charged?
Once your order has been received and stock is verified, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry. If there is an error on either part, we will do our best to help.

Return Policy:
We want you to love what you ordered. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, all with tags still attached. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different item. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. Merchandise returned within 30 days of original receipt will be refunded the price paid. GeneticWear offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:

For Returns: Please send an e-mail including your original order number to service@geneticwear.com letting us know you are returning an item. Place the merchandise in a box with your invoice & ship it to the address below. Your card will be credited within one week on receipt of returned package. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your card statement.

Original Discounts on Returns: If a discount was received for spending over a certain amount on an order, the discount will be subtracted off the return. For example, if a discount of 15% was received for spending over $100 & the item being returned brings the original order under $100, the discount will be subtracted from the refund.

For Exchanges: Please send an e-mail including your original order/invoice number to service@geneticwear.com letting us know you will be exchanging an item. Write “Exchange” on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive on the back of the invoice. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise i& ship it to the address below. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If there is no price difference, credit or charges will not be required.
